Since 1982, Special Occasions has been creating tablecloths for special events and the hospitality industry. We provide beautiful linens for hotels, clubs, restaurants, colleges and universities, caterers, florists, brides, and any host or hostess who wants to dress their home in style. Our linens transform your space and create a unique atmosphere for your event.

We take pride in the quality of our linens. Our high standards in both sewing and laundering guarantee that seams are matched and fabrics are spotless.

Special Occasions delivers and offers set-up services to clients within a 75-mile radius of our Lancaster, Pennsylvania location. We also ship linens using one- or two-day UPS ground delivery services to locations in the mid-Atlantic region that are outside of the 75-miles radius.

Our purchase division, Queen Street Linens, designs custom linens to own including floor skirts, toppers, napkins, and display linen for clients nationwide.

It is our desire to help you find the perfect linen to complete your vision. We provide fabric swatches and assistance with design of tablecloths to fit your tables from place card and cocktail rounds to buffets and dinner tables.
